These workbooks, spanning grades K-8 and high school, address self-esteem challenges prevalent among African American youth in today’s media-centric society. Divided into 32 lessons, they aim to counter internal and external influences impacting African American youth. Topics include goal setting, family heritage, African history, culture, Ebonics, rap, values, manhood, womanhood, and academic growth.
